We haven't organized this process yet of matching people who want land to
land that is available, whether it be for sale, lease, or to use. I received
an inquiry from a farmer today, a great farmer by the way, who is looking
for 25 acres to lease in the Boistfort Valley outside of Chehalis for organic
vegetable production. If you have any leads let us know.
Also ideas on how to organize this and if you'd like to help in any way. At
the Community-Farm Raising Forum on January 29th there was a woman there from
the Seattle area who has been looking for land for a while now. She's now
taking on looking into the process more deeply about how people can find land.
Hopefully she can find some for herself and help others in the process. We'll
keep you posted with developments.
